Transport Services Examination Operations Tender Notice
Description
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Malakand invites sealed e-bids for provision of transport services under a framework contract for transportation of staff and examination materials to examination centers and specified banks in districts and cities within its jurisdiction, including Malakand, Dir Lower, Dir Upper and Bajaur. Bidding is through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 31(A) framework contract and KPPPRA Rules 2014. The tender fee is Rs.3,000 non-refundable and the bid security is Rs.200,000 fixed in the form of CDR in favor of Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Malakand. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and relevant Sales Tax Departments of Government of Pakistan or KPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayer Lists. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 2nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late bids and bids without appropriate bid security will be non-responsive, while the Board reserves the right to reject or cancel bids under applicable procurement rules.
