Provision of solarization, tube well boring and improvement at Tehsil Municipal Administration Thana Baizai office under the Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Program, with an estimated cost of Rs.3.56 million and earnest money of Rs.71,280. Bidding is through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from eligible government contractors or firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa enlistment and KPPRA registration for the current financial year 2025-26. Bids are to be submitted through EPADS by 24th August 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM the same day. The award will be based on above/below Engineer Estimate on MRS-2025. Bid security and additional security shall comply with the stated KPPRA notification, with bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Mandatory documents include valid LCB registration, KP Revenue Authority registration, signed and stamped BOQ, original CDR and additional security, CNIC of owner or managing director and active NTN or Income Tax certificate.
