Description

Supply installation and commissioning of electrical appliances and equipment for Iarappa Auditorium. Eligible bidders must be registered with ECP Registrar of Firms FBR and PRA and be active taxpayers, with demonstrable experience in supply installation and commissioning of electrical equipment or appliances to public or private sector organizations. The estimated cost is Rs.7,600,000 and bid security is PKR 300,000. Procurement shall use Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically, and the original bid security instrument issued exclusively by the Bank of Punjab must be submitted to the Directorate General of Archaeology. The contract is awarded to the technically responsive qualified bidder offering the lowest evaluated financial cost after arithmetic corrections.
