Janitorial Services Multan Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services for FY 2026-27 with a total estimated procurement cost of Rs.12,500,000. Tenders are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System from firms having established technical financial and managerial capabilities and registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bid security is 2% of the estimated procurement price and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner, with no physical financial instrument accepted except through the e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the office of the Project Director. Procurement shall use Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids are opened online by the purchase committee in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend.
