Supply of 1,500 magnesium anodes with bare weight of 26 Kgs each according to specifications and BOQ under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Sealed quotations are invited in foreign currency on FOB or C&F basis, while bids from local manufacturers are acceptable in PKR on FOR basis under the stated SRO. Tender documents contain the procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid validity, opening, evaluation criteria, clarification and rejection provisions and performance bank guarantee requirements.
