Description
Supply of 43 portable air compressors according to the specifications and BOQ under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Sealed quotations are invited in foreign currency on FOB or C&F basis, while bids from local manufacturers are acceptable in PKR on FOR basis under the stated SRO. Tender documents contain details of procurement method, submission procedure, bid validity, opening, evaluation criteria, clarification and rejection of bids and performance bank guarantee requirements. Bidders must provide valid GST NTN and SST registration where applicable, active taxpayer status and relevant certificates or authorization letters where required.
