Supply Of H Class Varnish Materials Tender Notice
Description
Supply of H Class varnish and related materials comprising four items for Pakistan Railways under DDP or FOB delivery terms. Bids are invited from original manufacturers authorized distributors suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Procurement is through EPADS v2.0 using open competitive bidding and Least Cost Based Selection under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security shall be provided in the prescribed form. E-bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on the closing date and opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submission is not permitted. Pro Tip: This procurement covers H Class varnish, electrical insulation materials, railway electrical maintenance supplies and insulating products.
