Primary School Middle Level Upgradation Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction and upgrading works for converting an existing primary school into a middle level institution including civil works structural improvements engineering works electrical installations sewerage related works and associated infrastructure development under the school improvement initiative. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bidders must submit sealed bids through courier or deposit them in the tender box at the procuring agency office. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives while financial bids will be opened after completion of the technical evaluation. Eligibility requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories along with proof of tax registration non blacklisting declaration Balochistan Revenue Authority registration experience of similar assignments and financial capability evidence. The bidding document fee of PKR 1000 must be deposited through green challan and bid security equal to three percent of the estimated cost must be submitted through bank guarantee or deposit at call. Successful bidder must provide performance security equal to ten percent of the contract value.
