Food And Catering Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of food and catering services under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27 on FOR basis, with an estimated cost of Rs.15,175,000 and bid security of Rs.303,500 representing 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with income tax, sales tax and professional tax authorities and appear on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab E-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted online. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the specified time and bids will be opened at the specified time. Bid security must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
