Electric Vehicles Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electric vehicles including supply of manufactured vehicles and associated accessories with provision of sales and after sale services for official transport operations. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a single stage two envelope procedure requiring electronic bid submission through the government electronic procurement system. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPPS platform. Eligibility evaluation will be conducted prior to financial evaluation and only technically responsive bids will proceed. Bid security equal to two percent of the estimated value must be submitted through bank guarantee or deposit at call and successful bidder must provide performance security equal to five percent of the contract value.
