Hot Cold Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hot and cold items for the financial year 2026-27 on FOB basis, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2.5 million and bid security of Rs. 75,000/-. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial bids are to be submitted separately and all quoted rates must include applicable Government taxes. Bidders must provide the prescribed registration, tax, professional and Police Character Certificate documentation and a performance certificate confirming compliance with the stated eligibility requirements. Bids are to be uploaded by 26 August 2026 at 10:30 AM and technical and financial bids will be opened through the e-procurement system at 11:00 AM.
