Framework contract for purchase of stationery and computer stationery items for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of Rs. 7.5 million and bid security of Rs. 150,000/-. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial proposals are submitted electronically, with financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders opened subsequently.
