Framework contract for purchase of printing items for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of Rs. 1.5 million and bid security of Rs. 30,000/-. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure.
