Labour Colony Water Supply Scheme Solarization Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for solarization of the water supply scheme in Labour Colony including installation of solar energy equipment photovoltaic panels mounting structures pumps electrical components wiring and associated infrastructure required for powering the water supply system through renewable solar energy. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a single stage two envelope procedure requiring sealed technical and financial proposals submitted through courier or deposited in the tender box at the procuring agency office. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives while financial bids will be opened after completion of technical evaluation. Bidders must deposit bidding document fee of PKR 1000 through green challan and provide bid security equal to two percent of the estimated value through bank guarantee or deposit at call.
