Provision Of Home Solar Schemes In District Pishin Tender Notice
Description
Provision of home solar schemes at Killi Bismillah, Killi Jan Muhammad and adjoining Killi in District Pishin for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Eligible bidders must be present on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, must have Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must have completed assignments of similar nature with the specified financial capacity. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-4 and above in the relevant category with specialized codes EE11(1) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy or EE11(ii) Solar Energy System, and must have completed three similar solar hybrid system works in the government sector during the last three years. A valid Electrical Contractor License and active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration are required. The procurement will use the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bid security of 2% is required in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Bidding documents are available electronically. Electronic submission is required through the supplier dashboard and bids will be opened through the EPPS system.
