Hybrid Solar System Conversion At Railway Stations Tender Notice
Description
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning for conversion of existing AEDB/PPIB grid-tied solar systems into Hybrid Solar Systems at 21 railway stations within Karachi Division on a turnkey basis according to the bidding specifications. The procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(b) of the PPRA Rules, 2004. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS version 2.0, while the original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Pay Order must be physically submitted before bid opening and a photocopy attached with the technical bid. Eligible firms must meet the stated PEC requirements including C-2 or above from AEDB/PPIB and C-5 or above from PEC with relevant specialization and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bid security is Rs. 889,300 and estimated tender cost is Rs. 44.465 million. Completion period is 45 days. Bid submission closes on 2nd September 2026 at 11:00 Hrs and opening is at 11:30 Hrs.
