Hiring of rental premises for the Sub Zonal Office at Samungali Zone Quetta having at least 5 to 10 rooms, with additional room or storage space as an advantage, measuring a total area of 4000 to 7000 sq. ft. and sufficient parking for 3 to 6 vehicles plus motorcycles for at least 10 as per BOQ. Interested parties must have legally cleared premises with valid title or ownership documents. The bidder must submit or upload the valid PEC Certificate where required, participate through EPADS, download the tender document, complete and upload the BOQ, Bid Form and Schedule of Requirement and all tender documents duly signed and stamped through EPADS. The physical bid bond must be deposited with the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before the bid submission time. Procurement is through local Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bid security is Rs. 20,000.00 and bid validity is 120 days. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM.
