80kw On Grid Solar System Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of a bidirectional green meter on grid solar system of 80KW, including Jinko N Type 585/590 W solar panels, Huawei inverter with 10 years extended warranty, hot dip galvanized or aluminum manufacturing structure, AC/DC breaker from Schneider or Tomzn, installation material, AC/DC cables, earthing point, DB box and related accessories, civil work concrete base, 80KW net metering license and 80KW generator starting device. Tender documents are issued from 11th August 2026 and bids must be received by 24th August 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Tender documents require a Rs. 5,000 non-refundable tender fee. Firms must provide firm details, permanent address, telephone and fax number, active NTN, Income Tax registration proof, major client list, bank statement for the last three years and other specified documents. A 2% call deposit receipt of the total cost is required, 10% of the total amount will be retained as security money for six months, and the total amount must include all government taxes. Premises may be visited between 08:00 AM and 02:00 PM.
