Stationery Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items as per the specified list for the Financial Year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Bids are invited from well reputed firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 as amended to date through Punjab e-Procurement on single stage two envelope basis. Bids must be submitted electronically separately for the tender through e-PADS and the bid security of 1% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically against the PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement system. The estimated cost is Rs. 17,361,340 and the bid security is refundable. The bid opening will be conducted electronically through e-PADS.
