Installation Of Manhole Safety Mesh Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for installation of manhole safety mesh for District Council Lodhran with an estimated cost of Rs.14.34 million. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Procurement system. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately through E-Procurement by 2:40 PM on 27 August 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 2:50 PM on the same date; financial bids of technically qualified bidders are to be opened after technical evaluation on 31 August 2026. Contractors must quote rates in figures and words on a percentage or item-rate basis, undertake required quality control tests at their own expense and provide GPS-tagged daily work-progress photographs.
