Prequalification Of Vehicle Repair Maintenance Workshops Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of firms, workshops, vendors, companies and sole proprietors engaged in repair and maintenance work of official vehicles of the Transport Pool of the Chief Minister's Office for 2026-27. Applicants must be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority for services where applicable and with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Pre-qualification documents shall be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System and submitted electronically with the required documents. A security deposit of Rs.100,000 must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit in favour of the Section Officer (Admn), Chief Minister's Office, Punjab, Lahore; cash, cheque and an amount below the prescribed security deposit will not be accepted. The original security instrument must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline. Pre-qualified firms, workshops, vendors, companies and sole proprietors will subsequently be invited to submit RFPs and must undertake repair and maintenance work of official vehicles as and when required during the pre-qualified period and subject to fund availability.
