Video Conference Room Miscellaneous Installation Tender Notice
Description
Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites bids from well-reputed registered firms for provision and installation of miscellaneous items for a video conference room under Tender No. 3rd/2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 4,950,000 with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit their profiles and technical and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal, while hard copies of the technical and financial bids along with bid security must also be submitted separately to the procuring agency. Bid security shall be provided through Demand Draft/CDR in favor of the Treasurer or deposited into the specified university bank account. Bids are to be received by 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. The University General Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject all bids under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules.
