Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing invites item-rate e-tenders for addition, alteration and renovation works at two LDA official residences in Lahore. Work 1 concerns Addition/Alteration of LDA Official Residence No. 690, Huma Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, with estimated cost of PKR 1,547,022 and earnest money of PKR 77,400, completion period of 60 days and PEC category C-6 and above. Work 2 concerns Addition/Alteration and Renovation of LDA Official Residence No. 262, Block F1, M.A. Johar Town, Lahore, with estimated cost of PKR 2,828,164 and earnest money of PKR 141,408, completion period of 60 days and PEC category C-6 and above. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category and have active filer NTN and PNTN status. Digital bid security equivalent to 5% of estimated cost is required through the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted by 28 August 2026 at 9:30 AM and opened at 10:00 AM.
