Horticultural Research Station, Bahawalpur invites e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms, suppliers and importers registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax Department where applicable for procurement and supply of Datepalm nursery plants during Financial Year 2026-27. Item 1 comprises 2,500 Dhakki variety Datepalm nursery plants with earth ball, with estimated budget of PKR 22.500 million and bid security of PKR 0.675 million. Item 2 comprises 200 tissue-cultured plants covering Mebroom, Qalma, Deglet Noor, Safawi, Khunezi, Burni, Suckri and Zaghlol varieties, with estimated budget of PKR 10 million and bid security of PKR 0.300 million. Item 3 comprises 1,320 tissue-cultured plants covering Ajwa, Barhee and Medjoul varieties, with estimated budget of PKR 66 million and bid security of PKR 1.980 million. Procurement shall follow Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Punjab E-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately online, with quoted unit rates inclusive of applicable taxes and duties. E-bids must be submitted by 26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
