Description
Supply of 19,930 bags of sulphate resistant cement (SRC) through a local goods procurement using the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. The procurement is restricted to local cement manufacturers and local authorized dealers. The bidder must submit or upload a valid PEC certificate where required and participate through EPADS, including submission of the completed BOQ, bid form and schedule of requirement with duly signed and stamped tender documents. The physical bid bond must be deposited with the Tender Room before bid submission. No bid security amount is specified and bid validity is 120 days. The notice specifies an opening time of 11:30 AM.
