Maintenance and support services for Dell Servers comprising 18 units and switches comprising 02 units, and H3C Servers comprising 06 units. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be active taxpayers on the FBR ATL. A pre-bid meeting was scheduled for 31st July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2 Islamabad. The Single Stage-Two Envelope method with LCBS evaluation will be used. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0, accompanied by bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee and required hardcopy tax, business registration and non-blacklisting documents. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid security is 2.00 and bid validity is 120 days. E-bids close at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This requirement covers server maintenance, switch maintenance, Dell servers, H3C servers, network equipment support and information technology infrastructure maintenance services.
