Construction works for supply installation and commissioning of utilities pipelines at berth infrastructure including installation of pipeline systems associated fittings support structures and related infrastructure works at port facilities with participation of constructors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council category C-2 or above where bidding documents are issued against payment of non refundable fee and bids must include bid security with submission through single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals
