Punjab Employees Social Security Hospital Madina Town Faisalabad invites annual re-tenders through Punjab E-Procurement on an item-wise basis from registered firms manufacturers sole distributors individuals and suppliers who are active taxpayers and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System for financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises - laboratory chemicals with estimated cost Rs.29,000,000 and bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost - blood bank materials with estimated cost Rs.5,500,000 and bid security of 2 percent - small medical appliances with estimated cost Rs.33,000,000 and bid security of 2 percent - dialysis disposables with estimated cost Rs.30,060,000 and bid security of 2 percent. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security must be submitted electronically before the closing date and time. The bid validity period is 180 days from submission. Bids are scheduled for submission and opening on 27 August 2026, with submission at 10:00 AM and opening at 10:30 AM. Procurement may be cancelled at any time or stage under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
