The District Health Officer Diamer Chilas invites sealed tenders from reputed government-registered firms suppliers and contractors for procurement and supply of items goods and services for the regular National and EPI programme for financial year 2026-27. Categories include - office stationery with Rs.5,000 call deposit - printing materials with Rs.2,000 call deposit - miscellaneous items with Rs.5,000 call deposit - vehicle repair with Rs.15,000 call deposit - furniture and fixture repair with Rs.2,000 call deposit - machinery and equipment repair with Rs.2,000 call deposit - rations for indoor patients with Rs.2,000 call deposit - transportation of goods with Rs.2,000 call deposit - oxygen gas supply with Rs.5,000 call deposit - ORD store items with Rs.2,000 call deposit - LP medicine with Rs.5,000 call deposit - minor repair with Rs.2,000 call deposit - LPG gas supply for wards with Rs.5,000 call deposit. Separate tenders are required for each category and bidders must clearly mention the category name. Bidders must have the required general store for diet items and medical store for LP medicine at DHO Office Chilas. Relevant experience, registration certificate and non-blacklisting certificate must accompany the bids, and all applicable taxes are to be included in bid prices. Conditional ambiguous and incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Sealed tenders will be opened at 12:00 PM on the relevant opening date at DHO Office Diamer in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject tenders according to applicable PPRA instructions.
