Hiring of Vehicle Tracking and Management System Services for Suthra Punjab Authority in the South Region of Punjab for a period of three years, extendable for another three years, covering Multan Division including Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran and Vehari; Bahawalpur Division including Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan; Dera Ghazi Khan Division including Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Kot Addu and Taunsa; and Sahiwal Division including Sahiwal, Okara and Pakpattan. Eligible vehicle tracking companies may apply, while joint venture and consortium arrangements are not permissible. Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding shall be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The pre-qualification document shall be available free of cost online. A meeting prior to PQD submission will be held on August 18, 2026 at 1100 hours. Applications must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by August 27, 2026 at 1100 hours. Online opening will take place on the same day at 1130 hours.
