Preventive Maintenance Of Rural Water Supply Scheme Tender Notice
Description
Preventive maintenance of a functional Rural Water Supply Scheme in Village Kamrial, Tehsil Pindi Gheb, District Attock, including works under the approved development scheme at MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 item rates with amounts calculated against each item on the approved DNIT. Bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration under codes CE-09 or CE-10, be registered on EPADS and the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid Punjab Revenue Authority certificate for the current financial year, and be active taxpayers. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using the single stage single envelope procedure, with item-wise quoted rates and complete signed and stamped documents. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required. Incomplete bids, conditional tenders, bids without earnest money, or bids containing unauthorized amendments will not be entertained. The procuring agency may reject all bids under applicable PPRA Rules. Applicable taxes shall be payable according to government rules. Where the quoted tender amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved DNIT amount, the lowest bidder must deposit Quality Assurance Security equal to the difference between the approved DNIT amount and quoted bid amount within the prescribed period.
