Procurement under head of account A03970-Other for financial year 2026-27 through open competitive bidding. The procurement is intended for firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents, dealers or distributors engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. E-bids shall comprise a single package containing technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes and shall be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System. Bid security is 5% of the estimated amount, being Rs. 1,750,000 against an estimated amount of Rs. 35,000,000. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Procurement shall use electronic means under the applicable PPRA and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022.
