Uniforms And Protective Clothing Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of uniforms and protective clothing from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities. Joint venture and consortium participation is not allowed. The procurement shall be carried out exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38 of the Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated cost is Rs. 55 million and bid security is 5% of the estimate, amounting to Rs. 2,750,000. Bid validity is 120 days. The bid security must be submitted through the digital banking facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating a PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels, with the security attached to the technical bid. Incomplete, conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Suppliers must provide the goods as and when required during financial year 2026-27.
