General Store Items Framework Contract Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of general store items for hospital requirements. The procurement is conducted through open competitive bidding using single stage two envelope procedures under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules. The estimated cost is 3.0 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders must meet the requirements specified in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available against a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 and sealed bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bids are opened in the presence of bidders representatives and bidders are requested to provide their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required and applicable taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
