Procurement Of Medicines For Hepatitis Treatment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines for Hepatitis B and C treatment for 18 PKLI Filter Clinics for FY 2025-2026 from pre-qualified firms. The estimated cost is Rs. 773,781,329 and bid security is 1% of the estimated cost for each item. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or relevant authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center website, PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids shall be submitted online without hard copies and opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The original bid security instrument in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted to the Mail Section, Ground Floor, Package-A Building, PKLI and Research Center Lahore before the bid closing time. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. In case of an official holiday, the next day shall be treated as the closing date.
