Description
Printing of label stickers for the Punjab Energy Efficiency and Conservation Agency. E-Bids are invited from firms, companies and proprietors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or Punjab Revenue Authorities and possessing a valid NTN. Bidding documents are available from the Punjab Energy Efficiency and Conservation Agency, Energy Department and PPRA websites. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
