Supply Of Printed Sanitation Bills Tender Notice
Description
Supply of printed sanitation bills for Lahore Waste Management Company under framework contract modality. The procurement is for an annual quantity of 18,000,000 printed sanitation bills with an annual estimated price of Rs. 117,000,000 including taxes and bid security of Rs. 2,340,000 representing 2% of the estimated price. Joint venture and consortium participation is not allowed. National competitive bidding shall be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method. Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened online in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives. Bid security shall be submitted online according to the Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines.
