Description

Printing of the academic magazine "Marghzar 2025" comprising approximately 200 pages of Urdu, English, Punjabi and Persian writings and 15 pages of colour photographs, with a total quantity of 2,000 magazines. Quotations are required on a per-copy basis covering both text and photographs. The magazine size shall be 10 x 7 inches. Text pages shall use 70-gram imported paper and photographs shall use 113-gram art paper, with paper samples attached to the quotation. The title shall be laminated and printed with monogram and photographs on 300-gram art card. Binding shall be stitched, and two bound copies of the manuscript must be prepared and approved before publication. Each article shall start on a new page, with coloured paper at the beginning of each Urdu, English, Punjabi and Persian section. Appropriate Quranic verses, Ahadith, sayings, statements and poetry shall be placed on pages that are more than half blank. No advance payment shall be made. The printer shall arrange composition of the magazine material and conduct proofreading of the composed material at least three times. After final proofreading, printing and delivery to the college must be completed within one month. Quotations by telephone, fax or email shall not be accepted, and only a tax-paying firm or company may submit a quotation. The successful firm shall provide the composed manuscript within seven days after approval of the quotation. Income tax at 5.5% shall be deducted from the successful firm's bill, and the firm shall deposit General Sales Tax according to applicable rules and provide the receipt.
