Prequalification Poultry Feed Suppliers Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of poultry feed manufacturing firms, suppliers and authorized dealers across Punjab for supply of approximately 30,000 bags of poultry feed, each weighing 50 kilograms, comprising Crumbs and Pellets, at an estimated cost of Rs. 130 million. The supply shall be made on F.O.R. Freight on Road basis to government poultry farms at Rawalpindi, Attock, Dina District Jhelum, Gujrat, Sargodha, Mianwali, D.G. Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rakh Ghulaman District Bhakkar, Governor House Lahore, and other government poultry farms established during Financial Year 2026-27 under the administrative control of the Directorate of Poultry Research Institute, Rawalpindi. Only technical proposals are invited for prequalification to select eligible suppliers. Prequalification shall consider company reputation, relevant experience, previous performance, feed plant capacity, storage facilities, financial position, tax documents and a valid acceptable feed mill registration licence. Prequalification documents shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 28th August 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, through the e-Procurement system. All applicable taxes shall be recovered according to Government of Punjab laws. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
