Procurement Of Cybersecurity And Office Software Licenses Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of software on framework contract basis comprising Cisco Advanced Malware Protection AMP Secure Endpoint Premier or equivalent with estimated amount of PKR 37,604,000 and bid security of PKR 1,128,120 - Windows 11 Pro or equivalent with estimated amount of PKR 1,750,000 and bid security of PKR 52,500 - MS Office 2024 Pro or equivalent with estimated amount of PKR 8,050,000 and bid security of PKR 241,500. The total estimated amount is PKR 47,404,000 and bid securities are calculated at 3% against the respective lots. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in supply of goods or services of the same nature must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, possess professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and be registered on the e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted electronically under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and Financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped. Bidders may participate in individual or all lots and must quote every item in a selected lot. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract value is required upon acceptance.
