Description
Procurement of IT equipment comprising projectors and smart interactive LEDs through bulk, lot-wise bidding. Lot-1 covers projectors with bid security of Rs. 73,500 and Lot-2 covers smart interactive LEDs with bid security of Rs. 187,500. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and or Punjab Sales Tax, with active taxpayer profile and adequate experience. Bids shall be processed through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available without fee through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA and university website. E-bids must be submitted online and bid security must be deposited through Bank of Punjab using the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement procedure. Bidders must provide an original non-blacklisting affidavit, Income Tax certificate, GST and or PST certificates where applicable, and Professional Tax Certificate in physical form with properly attested copies.
