Framework contract procurement for Hot & Cold items - POL for Generator lubricant - POL Charges lubricant - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Printing and Publications - Other Items - Miscellaneous Store - Purchase and Repair of Transport - Plant and Machinery - Repair of Machinery - Purchase Furniture - Repair of Furniture and Fixture - Repair of Building including SIPS and Other Buildings - Feeding and Food for Horses for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost is PKR 127 million. Bids shall be submitted through E-Pads and comprise Technical and Financial proposals inclusive of all taxes. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must submit bid security of 2% of the estimated cost head-wise under PPRA Rules 2014 in the prescribed form. Performance guarantee of 5% of total contract value is required upon acceptance. The contract will be awarded on the basis of lowest rate offered for highest quality of items, and manual bids will not be considered. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Income and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany technical bids. Bid validity extends to closure of the financial year. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of original procurement and late bidders will not be allowed.
