Description
Framework procurement for financial year 2026-27 comprising Hot and Cold items, lubricants, hiring for services rendered and dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum duties - stationery, computer stationery, printing of miscellaneous registers and files and miscellaneous or other items - purchase, repair and replacement of transport items - purchase, repair and replacement of machinery and equipment, furniture, hardware and equipment and renewal of miscellaneous software - items related to beds and boxes, other store items, plant and machinery, IT items and furniture and fixtures. The total estimated cost is Rs.17.20 million and bid security is 1% of the estimated cost of each lot, totaling Rs.0.172 million. Bids must be submitted lot-wise through Punjab e-Procurement, with each lot quoted as a whole and financial bids inclusive of all taxes. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 28 August 2026. A 3% performance guarantee of total contract value is required after acceptance. Bid validity extends until 30 June 2027. The tendering process is stated to follow Single Stage-One Envelope under Section 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
