Preservation And Restoration Of Hiran Minar Sheikhupura Tender Notice
Description
Preservation, restoration, improvement, management and upgradation of Hiran Minar, Sheikhupura including Gate Way, Craft Bazaar, EV Parking, Viewing Deck and landscaping works to promote eco-tourism, preserve biodiversity and improve visitor recreational spaces. The estimated cost is Rs.212.11 million and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost, submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal before the bid closing date and time. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-3 or above and possess codes BC-02, BC-04, CE-01, CE-10, CE-11, EE-02, EE-04, EE-05, EE-09 and EE-11. Bidding shall use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically, with rates quoted against each DNIT or BOQ entry and complete rate analysis required. The completion period is 12 months and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined after correction of arithmetical errors.
