Framework procurement for financial year 2026-27 covering Hot and Cold items - POL and lubricants - stationery items - printing and publication items - other store items - computer stationery items - sports items - beds and boxes - tents and tarpaulins - road safety campaign items - computer hardware - software - IT equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - other items - transport for repair of police vehicles and purchase of tyres tubes batteries spare parts and filters - repair of machinery and equipment - repair of furniture and fixtures. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulation 2022 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidders may participate in individual or multiple packages and must quote every item within a selected package. Bid security is 2% of estimated price through CDR Bank Draft or Bankers Cheque from a scheduled bank, while successful bidders must provide 10% performance guarantee. Rates include GST and PST and are valid through the contract period. Previous experience in relevant object heads and registration with a government department or approved agency is required.
