Description
Procurement of winter and summer uniforms for boys and girls studying at a Government Special Education Centre, with an estimated value of Rs.2,000,000. Eligible firms registered for Sales Tax, Income Tax and the Punjab E-Procurement System shall submit technical and financial bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 5% of the total estimated value of each lot through CDR using 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID, with proof of payment submitted before tender opening. Financial offers of technically successful firms will be opened later, while unsuccessful financial offers will remain unopened. Samples from winter and summer supplies may be selected for laboratory testing at National Textile University Faisalabad at the supplier expense, and non-compliant supplies must be replaced at the bidder risk and cost. A 10% performance guarantee is required before supply.
