Video Conferencing System Plotter Printer Dispensers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of video conferencing system plotter printer and water dispensers and related equipment on item wise basis. Electronic bidding shall follow single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS portal. Interested bidders including firms companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of CDR demand draft or pay order in favor of Treasurer. Original bid security and affidavit must be submitted before bid closing. Bid validity is 90 days and bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives.
