Non Quoted Medicines Framework Contract Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of non quoted medicines and medical items under a framework contract for the year 2025-26. Procurement will follow single stage two envelope bidding procedure and bids will be opened on the scheduled date after submission deadline. Selected firms will enter into framework contract and must deliver supply orders within the specified time period. Bid security equal to two percent of total value is required and original CDR must be submitted before technical bid opening. Selected suppliers must comply with drug labeling and packing rules 1986 and relevant provisions of the Drug Act 1976 and provide invoices delivery challans quality certificates and other required documentation.
