Prequalification Firms Education Project Evaluation Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of consulting firms for Third-Party Evaluation and Validation (TPE/V) of Education Sector Development Projects under an Expression of Interest using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Due to the EPADS v2.0 Framework Agreement module status, the procurement will be carried out manually under applicable Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Applicants must submit one original hard copy of the complete application by 02:00 p.m. on August 26, 2026, with applications opened at 02:30 p.m. The modified EOI document and minutes of the pre-bid meeting are available on the PPRA and Ministry websites.
