Description
Supply of consumable items for the Electrical Engineering Department through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Eligible bidders must submit sealed bids through EPADS v2.0, with bids accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents or a bid securing declaration. E-bidding documents contain the applicable terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, and manual submission of bids is not permitted. Bid security is 43,015.00 and bid validity is 90 days. E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Relevant terminology includes electrical consumables, electrical engineering supplies, electrical components, engineering materials and electrical maintenance items.
